As this is a capstone paper, more depth is expected. You should expand on your ideas with additional details, examples, and evidence to strengthen your arguments.

You’ve outlined basic ideas about workforce planning, but this needs more detail. For example, explain the tools or strategies healthcare administrators use to forecast staff needs or manage succession planning. Show how these strategies impact organizational goals.

Recruitment and Retention

The suggestions for recruitment and retention (e.g., competitive wages, training) are valid but overly simplistic. Dive deeper into how these strategies can be implemented effectively and provide examples from research or practice.

Employee Engagement and Wellness

This section is too brief to address such an important topic. Discuss specific engagement strategies, wellness programs, or initiatives that have been shown to reduce burnout and improve employee satisfaction.

Diversity and Inclusion

You’ve touched on the importance of diversity but need to go further. Explain how a diverse workforce improves patient outcomes and provide examples of policies or programs that have successfully promoted inclusion in healthcare organizations.
