Create a Schedule Management Plan for your project.

Instructions:

Your selected project can be either a personal or professional example, but please do not

supposed to solve)

 At least 10 stakeholders

 At least 10 key features, functions, or characteristics of the project’s output

 Approximately how much the project is supposed to cost (high level)

 Approximately how long the project is supposed to take

 At least 5 risks associated with the project

 What other possible projects could satisfy the same need

Requirements:

 Use the “Schedule Management Plan Outline” template to complete the assignment

and submit to Blackboard.

 Writing should be clear, concise, and well organized. Thoughts should be expressed in

a logical manner.

 The writing should be free of spelling, grammar errors with excellent sentence /

paragraph construction.

 Save your files using the following filename convention:

o ScheduleManagementPlan – FirstName_LastName

Be sure to read the criteria, by which your paper/project will be evaluated, before
you write, and again after you write.
