Scenario

As you contemplate the best practices for thriving in a professional environment, your attitude and disposition will play a major role in how effectively you communicate with, collaborate with, and lead others. Soft skills are dispositional attributes that enable you to make decisions, solve problems, and sustain positive relationships within the workplace setting. By applying your unique dispositional skills to develop a positive professional mindset, you enhance the possibility of career opportunities, satisfaction, and success.

Directions

Using the learning from your Module Six Milestone assignment, you will apply aspects of emotional intelligence to specific soft skills in the workplace setting. In doing so, you will develop the dispositional attributes of your professional persona that will enable you to achieve success in the workplace.
