What are the activities and tasks given to you during this
month?

Difficulty/ Challenge(s)

I engaged in several projects during my training at the
SESCO to raise customer satisfaction and operational
effectiveness. First, I focused on on handling open tickets,
which mostly concerned fixing billing and electricity-related
concerns. I contributed to making sure that customer
problems were resolved quickly by regularly responding to
these tickets. To ensure effective departmental
communication, I also used Excel to track open tickets and
escalate them to management for additional action. Finally, I
gained the ability to use SAP to create daily reports, which
helped me keep track of my progress and assess how well I
was solving problems. I helped the organization find shortterm and long-term answers through these duties.
What skills did you learn throughout the month?
I acquired useful skills this month that improved my capacity
to support SESCO activities daily. I was able to track open
tickets and perform effective data analysis after I first became
proficient in using SAP to create daily reports. In addition, I
learned how to use Excel to track tickets, escalate them to
management, and streamline departmental communication.
Additionally, the voice log quality software taught me how to
analyze employee interactions and gauge the caliber of their
client communications. These qualities enhanced my
technical proficiency and sharpened my attention to detail.
How many meetings did you attend?
This month, I participated in one online meeting that
addressed matters pertaining to the company’s assured
standards. The conversation brought up issues with
guaranteeing consumer pleasure, such as subscriber
compensation plans. This meeting highlighted the
significance of upholding these standards to preserve
compliance and confidence within the electrical service
sector and offered insight into how the company handles
customer problems at a higher level.

What are the difficulties you had this month?

3

I had three major challenges this month. First, because the
SAP system needed acquaintance with a number of aspects, I
initially had trouble understanding it completely. Second, it
was difficult to manage several open tickets at once,
especially when escalations were involved. There was
additional pressure to switch between duties and respond
quickly to customers. Finally, because I was inexperienced
with assessing communication standards, it was difficult for
me to analyze employee voice records for quality. But I was
able to progressively get above these challenges and advance
my technical abilities by seeking advice from more seasoned
colleagues and making extra time for learning.
How did you overcome these difficulties?
I overcome these challenges by aggressively seeking
assistance from my colleagues, who offered insightful advice
on how to use SAP efficiently. In order to boost my
confidence, I also spent more time practicing using the
method. I set priorities for jobs according to urgency in order
to handle several open tickets and make sure they were
resolved on time. I also reviewed examples and
recommendations to hone my evaluation techniques for the
voice log quality program. I increased my productivity and
elevated my performance as a whole by implementing these
tactics.

Learning

What did you learn from completing the tasks
I gained a number of useful abilities from finishing the
quests. In order to properly prioritize client issues, I first
became proficient in managing active tickets. Furthermore,
SAP helped me hone my reporting abilities so I could create
daily updates and monitor my progress. By assessing
employee interactions through the voice log quality tool, I
was also able to improve my communication skills. Hence,
these encounters enhanced my comprehension of client
satisfaction while also advancing my technological abilities.
What did you want to learn more?
I was interested in learning more about advanced SAP
features, especially those that could improve reporting and
data analysis skills. Furthermore, I was curious to know how
to use the speech log quality program’s insights to motivate
staff members to work better. To increase subscriber
happiness even further, I also sought to investigate best

practices in customer service management. Enhancing my
understanding in these domains would enable me to make a
more valuable contribution to the team’s overall objectives
and projects.
