For your “Complete” assignment, you are to write a COMPREHENSIVE APA analysis paper/
project including knowledge you gained from the Read and Attend throughout the course. A
minimum of three scholarly sources are required, and all sources should be cited and
referenced in APA format. Do not self-plagiarize from the previous weeks.
For support formatting the APA analysis paper, refer to the APA Template under the Resource
tab or contact the CPS Librarians. Please refer to the grading rubric for guidance. Upon
completion, papers should be posted to the Unit Five Dropbox for grading.
1) Discuss your organization (background information).
2) Identify an opportunity for improvement in your organization which needs to be enhanced/
developed and discuss why it needs to be improved.
3) Research your opportunity for improvement for understanding and communicate with your
internal and/or external customers regarding if they agree that you have identified a challenge
which needs improving. Collectively, why does this change need to be addressed.
4) Identify possible solutions to the organization challenge
5) Communicate a conclusion and develop recommendations to improve the performance of the
challenge identified.
6) Explore a possible implementation plan. If an implementation is feasible, you must describe
the plan (the budget, cost, implementation stages, who’s responsible for each stage) and the
implementation date. If an implementation plan is not feasible, you must explain why the
implementation plan is not feasible.
