- Option 1 – Incident Command Structure:
- The fire department established a local ICS in their initial response (scenario in Unit 1). As the situation evolves, additional resources need to be deployed. These agencies are currently involved in the response: local Emergency Management, local EMS, local police, and local fire. Your task is to research the capabilities of the town, county, or state you currently live in.
- Identify one agency that could assist with the response outside those already on site.
- Briefly describe why you feel your chosen agency would benefit the operation.

- Analyze a real-world case study, other than the Oklahoma City Bombing from the textbook, where ICS was used in a WMD incident.
- Compare the case study to the Torrancetown scenario.
- Identify and briefly discuss similarities and/or differences in the response.
