· What resources are available to meet the needs of this underserved population?

· Discuss nursing interventions to meet the needs of this population. 

· Describe the role of 
Healthy People 2030 and other public policies that affect this underserved population.

Please watch the Social Determinants of Health video and the Healthy People 2030 Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) site.  Be sure to include:

· How did you feel after viewing?

· What are the 5 social determinants of health? Describe these in detail. 

· Did the videos give you a new perspective or reinforce present ideas?

· Discuss any other thoughts and assessments you have after viewing.
