Evaluate one of the ICT challenges identified by the Ministry of Health listed below. Describe the eHealth ICT challenge you select and research the leadership required to achieve Vision 2030 objectives that will deliver good health and well-being. Technology challenges include the availability of services and support, the different levels of eHealth maturity, standardization, connectivity, and clinical collaboration. The MOH developed the vision for eHealth by supporting care for patients, connecting providers at all levels, and measuring medical error reporting and patient experience reporting in the MOH effort to transform the Saudi health system. The MOH states that the eHealth /ICT strategy is to achieve “A safe, quality health system, based on patient-centric care guided by standards, enabled by eHealth”(Alymeni, 2013).

In this assignment, you will have the opportunity to use a project planning tool to show how you will use information and imagination to show the project components for recruiting, hiring, and training 100 new healthcare workers at a private hospital in Saudi Arabia.
Review the case study “Hospice goes Hollywood” on pages 423-425 of your textbook.
The team is at a stalemate and your task will be to help motive the employees and plan the next moves to complete the project.
In a paragraph or two summarize the case study situation and provide a problem statement.
Create a Gantt chart for the project to show the timeline for implementing the needed Joint Commission accreditation.

Your Gantt chart should identify at least ten required activities on the timeline that demonstrates progress over a twelve-month period towards facility accreditation.
Additionally, the timeline should include the case study needs for recruiting, hiring, and training 100 new healthcare workers at a private hospital in Saudi Arabia.
Include a site visit as one of the dates as well as contingency plans in case the site visit results in a provisional accreditation (meaning your organization has items that need to be addressed before full accreditation can be granted).
