Assignment 3:
This Assignment is a group Assignment.
You are required to complete the assignment by writing a detailed report on the Knowledge
management systems of any selected organization. The structure of the report/Assignment is as
follows.
Report Title:
Knowledge management in organizations.
Introduction to Knowledge management: (1000-1200 Words)
❖ Briefly describe knowledge management and its significance / importance in present day dynamic
business environment. (1.5 Marks)
❖ Brief description of the selected organization. (1.5 Marks)
❖ Write a detailed description of knowledge management practices employed by your selected
organization, including the tools used to capture tacit and explicit knowledge and tools used
to disseminate knowledge to employees of the organization. (3 Marks)
❖ Highlight the major challenges faced by your selected organizations to implement knowledge
management systems properly. (2 Marks)
Recommendation and Conclusion: (200-300 Words) (2 Marks)
What suggestions/recommendations would you like to provide to the selected organization for
improving knowledge management systems. Write down conclusion in one paragraph.
