1. Explain the ethical importance of confidentiality and discuss when it
may be ethically or legally acceptable to break it (2.5 points).
2. Analyze how age, maturity, and cultural context (including Saudi law
and Islamic values) affect decision-making in treating minors (2.5
points).
3. Discuss the requirements for valid consent, the challenges of obtaining
it from minors, and the role of parental/guardian consent in Saudi
Arabia (2.5 points).
