Procurement Management Plan
Instructions
This week, you will produce your Procurement Management Plan for your project. Your plan will provide direction to manage procurement throughout the life of your project. The plan recognizes and describes the products and/or services to be acquired, the types of contracts to be used to support the project, and the contract approval process. Finally, it provides guidelines on how to disposition and defines decision criteria. Please use the Procurement Management Plan Tool provided to help you produce your project deliverable due this week.
The Procurement Management Plan must contain the following sections.

· Roles and Responsibilities
· Procurement Management Processes
· Procurement Scope
· Procurement Risk and Risk Management
· Procurement Document Preparation
· Procurement Assumptions
