Complete Case Study 3-15 System Testing Plan (2nd Edition 5-13 – see below for questions that you need to answer). Although this Case Study is about the implementation of a ROI/AOD system and not a Clinical Information System, the principles in this case study can be applied to the implementation of any new system. Include the following when developing your testing plan:
1. Testing that needs to be conducted prior to implementation.
2. A minimum of FIVE scenarios that you would encounter when using the system during testing.
3. What to do when a problem is identified.
4. How you will know the system is ready for implementation.
5. Who should be included in the implementation of the testing plan.
You are in the process of implementing a new release of information (ROI)/accounting of disclosure system. You just have have an to learn existing how computerized to use the ROI system, so the employees are comfortable with the technology-they new one. As part of the implementation plan for the new ROl/accounting of disclosure system, you will need to develop a testing plan that should include the following: 1.
