RS-14 Resilience Scale
The RS-14 (Resilience Scale – 14 items) is a widely used tool to measure individual resilience. Participants rate how well each statement applies to them on a 7-point Likert scale:
1 = Strongly Disagree to 7 = Strongly Agree.
