c. The aim
A practical and interactive application designed to assist the pilgrims of the House

clarity and ease, offering region-based directions and multilingual support tailored to
each user. The goal is to facilitate their journey and enhance their understanding through
accessible and educational tools.

Restricted – ‫مقيد‬

Part One

Pg. 03

1. Manasik is a practical and interactive application designed to enrich the
spiritual journey of the Guests of Allah during Hajj and Umrah. It presents
each ritual step in a simplified and accessible manner, while also guiding
users through visits to the Noble Sanctuary.
2. The app offers real-time guidance and alerts about key landmarks within the
Holy Mosque, such as Safa, Marwa, Zamzam water, the Tawaf area,
overnight stays, and the stoning of the Jamarat.
3. It provides authentic Sharia rulings and fatwas related to the etiquette and
obligations of Hajj and Umrah, along with daily worship support including
Ihram prohibitions, prayer times, and access to the Holy Quran.
4. To serve pilgrims from all over the world, Manasik supports multiple
languages and adapts its content based on location and timing, ensuring
clarity, ease, and spiritual awareness throughout the journey.

e. The specific problem that needs to be solved
Many pilgrims and Umrah performers struggle to understand the steps of the rituals
or fail to follow location-specific instructions due to forgetfulness, lack of awareness,
or language barriers, especially during peak hours when crowds are dense and
movement is restricted.
Manasik is designed to guide them through each ritual accurately, enhance their onground experience, and provide access to authentic Islamic rulings. The app also
facilitates navigation and transportation, helping users stay informed and organized
throughout their spiritual journey.

By adhering to official instructions issued by the state, pilgrims can ensure their
own safety and protect the well-being of others around them, with Allah’s will and
guidance.
Manasik is not just a service app; it is a constant companion for every pilgrim,
guiding them step by step to stay spiritually focused, practically prepared, and safely
supported throughout their sacred journey.
