In 2007, Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman starred in a movie called The Bucket List. They played two older men with terminal illnesses who happened to share a hospital room. While their lives were very different, they each had a bucket list of things they wanted to see or do before they died, so they went on an adventure together to complete their bucket lists.

Follow The Instructions Below:

STEP 1: Make a bucket list of at least 10-15 places and/or activities (in rank order) of what you’d like to see or do before you decease.

STEP 2: Considering your list, create a presentation explaining the most important things that you want to accomplish in your lifetime and why. Include the following:

  • Analyze your bucket list according to Erikson’s Theory of Psychosocial Development by explaining how completing your list would help you to positively resolve the Stage of Integrity vs. Despair. At this stage, the key conflict centers on questioning whether or not we have led a meaningful, satisfying life.
  • Describe and explain this stage in Erikson’s theory and include specific examples of how completing items in your list (or not completing them) would affect how you resolve this stage. Keep in mind that how previous stages are resolved may also affect this developmental stage.

Presentation Requirements. Include title slide with name and course, reference slide, and insert illustrations as pictures, graphs, and/or videos. Slide count: 8-10 slides. You may use PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides (Submit as PDF, if needed).

Note: References and citations (in-text) are required to be in American Psychological Association (APA) format. Refer to the Plagiarism Information & APA Format Examples section..

PLEASE DO NOT COPY AND PASTE INFORMATION FROM SOURCES, THAT IS PLAGIARISM. PARAPHRASE OR SUMMARIZE INFORMATION. IF USING TURNITIN TO CHECK PLAGIARISM, BE SURE THE PERCENTAGE IS UNDER 20%.
