Technical requirement:
1- Internet.
2- Microsoft Word (for writing the reflection).
3- Sketch Engine account (trial/student).
As you practiced in class, go through the provided text below and complete the following:

“Technology is transforming the way we think about food and agriculture. From vertical farming to alternative proteins, innovations are addressing global challenges of food security, sustainability, and climate change. In Saudi Arabia, foodtech initiatives are becoming a cornerstone of Vision 2030, linking tradition with modern innovation”.
Steps:
1. Upload or paste the text into Sketch Engine.
2. Run two functions:
– Word Frequency List
– Concordance
3. Present the results with screenshots (Word Frequency List and Concordance)

- Was the student able to provide a clear screenshot of the Concordance results? (1 pt)
- Was the student able to write a clear and thoughtful Reflection explaining the screenshots (100–150 words)? (3 pts)
