GlobalTech is a multinational company that produces medical devices. Recently, the company expanded into the Middle East and Asia. While the expansion looks promising, several ethical challenges have emerged:

- CSR: The company is criticized for focusing on profit while ignoring community and environmental responsibilities.
- Stakeholder Conflict: A new device launch is delayed after safety concerns. Shareholders push for speed, consumers demand stricter testing.
- Global Ethics: In Asia, executives are pressured to give “gifts” to officials to secure licenses. Some say it’s cultural, others say it breaks the code of conduct.
