Prepare an individual strategy report (
800–1000words) that demonstrates your ability to apply strategic analysis to your organization. Integrate your personal/professional experience and cite specific company reports, which may also include original SWOT tables. Your report must address the following questions:
·
Business Model – What business model does your company use, and how does it create and deliver value?
·
Vision and Mission – What is your organization’s stated vision and mission?
·
Sustainable Competitive Advantage – What objective evidence exists that your organization’s vision, mission, and objectives are contributing to a sustainable competitive advantage?
·
Three Tests of a Winning Strategy – To qualify as a winning strategy, a strategy has to pass the Three Tests of a Winning Strategy. These tests are:
· The Competitive Advantage Test –Is the strategy resulting in better strategic performance?
· The Goodness of Fit Test – How well does the strategy fit the firm’s situation?
· The Performance Test – Is the strategy producing better financial performance?
· Briefly discuss what objective evidence suggests your organization’s vision, mission, and objectives support its strategy, using the Three Tests of a Winning Strategy (fit, competitive advantage, and performance).
