You have several options for turning in this assignment.
1) You can fully describe your experience with this task using the text box submission form.
2) You can take a picture of the completed task in your notebook and upload the picture (I’m pretty good at reading handwriting)
3) You can make and type up the chart in a document and upload the document.
Please do whichever is easiest for you. I really don’t mind which submission form and method you use.

TASK FOUR – even if you identified different types of information source in the previous task, for purposes of TASK FOUR we are going to develop a Research Strategy that focuses on two types of information: website and newspaper article.
For example, we can research the economic impacts of COVID-19. You can decide if you want to look at the economic impacts to restaurant workers, retail workers, independent contractors, small businesses, the gig economy, the stock market, local or state governments that don’t receive as much tax revenue, etc.
You will do a regular Google Search (Links to an external site.).
- Simply type in a question, like: What are the economic impacts of COVID-19 on small businesses? Try using one or more of the truncation strategies described earlier on this page. Make note of a few of the results you see.
You will do an Advanced Google Search (Links to an external site.).
- This time, keep the gist of the same search as you did for a regular Google search, but play around with some of the “Find Pages With” boxes (like using an exact phrase) and with some of the “Then narrow your results by” boxes (like limiting the region or domain to .gov (government websites) or .edu (education websites). Make note of a few of the results you see.
You will do a Google Scholar Search (Links to an external site.).
- Use the articles option (which is the default) and search a phrase, like “economic impacts of COVID-19.” Make note of a few of the results you see.
