NSBA Framework
The three listed area chosen were vision, continuous improvement and shared accountability from the NSBA framework. Vision is for the mentoring program; the vision was clear. It helped to improve student engagement and academic performance. the vision guided the change process and helped everyone understand the purpose of the initiative. Continuous Improvement: The program regularly evaluated and adjusted based on feedback from the students, teachers, and parents. This continuous improvement process helped to ensure the program’s effectiveness and success. Shared Accountability. Everyone involved had a role to play in the success of the program. Teachers, students, parents, and the community hold each other accountable for fulfilling their responsibilities. This shared accountability helped to ensure everyone was invested in the success of the initiative. These key points were crucial in managing the change process and ensuring the success of the mentoring program.
