Imagine the American Ad Council asked you to join a team to produce a public service announcement (PSA). This PSA would either help minority adults ages 19 to 50 who are aware of the vaccine but refuse to be inoculated, or would increase minority community education on the severity of the COVID-19 virus. It would also reflect the vaccine’s important role in protecting the community. Using a fear appeal approach coupled with the PAPM, design a PSA.
