***both assignments are completed and need changes due to teacher feedback******

*****teacher feedback*******This is just your data collection plan, you won’t write your abstract until you are done – you don’t know the outcome to be able to summarize it yet. Several things, you can’t possibly have results and discussion yet, you haven’t done the project yet. What you are describing is more of a traditional research project where you gather information. What are you actually doing with the students you serve to see if you can affect their inequity of resources? I’m pretty sure I’ve made this same comment before, but what I am seeing is NOT an action research project. You need to narrow this down and decide what you are actually going to do with the students you serve and why. I need you to respond to me in an email so that I know you read this comment and are making the appropriate changes. Additionally, the language you are using is very vague, your project requires specificity and I am not seeing that here at all.

***teacher feedback for discussion**** If you are implementing an action research project, you need to answer the Option 1 questions. With a project like this, you need to make sure your admin is on board to support you.

Where are you now?

Option 1: Please explain where you are with your project. Share with your classmates your research question and current plan of action to gather data. What changes have you made? What have you learned so far?

Option 2: Share with your classmates what topic you settled on and what you are learning so far about how those researchers gathered their data and why they chose those styles.

Option 3: What is your current plan of action to analyze the data set you chose? What have you learned so far about the research question you chose?
