Format: 5 pages, Single spaced, 12 pt font

Review a book related to the course materials we have discussed in class of Interpersonal Process. This is an opportunity for you to go in more depth according to your interests. The intent is to explore a topic of your own choosing, develop your critical skills and to continue the journey of life-long learning.

Your essay should review and analyze a number of the author’s key ideas and then relate them to your own experiences and opinions.

Choose your book purposefully and carefully.

It will be important to answer the following questions:

1.     Discuss 3 key concepts from the book that you agree/ disagree with, and why are they relevant to you?

2.     How did the concepts in the book enable you to better understand your own behaviours/motivations/ purpose?

There is a tremendous amount of literary material available in the fields of; management, leadership, teams, and personal development- all of which relate to the various topics we have discussed in class. You are expected to seek out and examine a book of your own choosing.
