Overview:

This week we are discussing the human factors of Quality Management. You have also
submitted your proposed project to use for this week’s assignment and for your final
assignment for this course.

The work you do on this week’s assignment will be used in your final assignment, your
Project Quality Management Plan.

Use the course reading material, your research, and what you have learned in this
week’s discussion to develop a RACI chart for the project you have selected. Detail the
project quality management activities, the project management roles, and their
responsibility, accountability, and if they are consulted or informed.

Instructions:

• After receiving instructor acceptance of your project selection for this assignment.

o Define the quality management activities for your project.

o Detail the project roles (including all projects stakeholders who should be

involved with quality management)

o Denote each stakeholder’s as responsible, accountable, consulted and/or

informed.

Requirements:
