Impactful Cultural

Cultural and Organizational Change Assessment

Assessment Overview
This assessment aligns with the competency for this module: Students will demonstrate their
ability to develop and lead impactful cultural and organizational change within an organization
through the understanding and application of leadership and change management research.
This assessment will review organizational culture and how it propagates throughout the
organization.

In this Assessment, you will continue to analyze the organization selected in your Formative
Assessment by developing a presentation to express the complexity of culture within your
organization. Now that you have developed your organization’s cultural map, think about how
the culture is presented and upheld throughout the organization. To build your presentation, you
can use applications like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi, Keynote, and Canva to
name a few.

Think forward to your overall Final Assessment – the virtual town hall meeting. How are you
going to represent your organization and how does the culture of the organization come through
the message presented?
