A training plan/schedule should at minimum include information on timing, a brief description of training techniques, tools and locations, and info on who will be conducting the training.  

It is appropriate and necessary to present your training plan/schedule as a table or outline (not in paragraph format).
  Please write the brief narrative report in paragraph format.

Remember that training is all about 

balancing fidelity and costs
.  Be realistic in your plan.  It is up to you to decide how long the training will take and what training methodologies make sense for the different topics that need to be trained.  Also remember that there are at least 2 separate groups of users (Super vs. Moderate) who will need to be trained differently.

Please address the following in your narrative report:

· Did you prioritize fidelity or cost, or try to balance both?  Explain your reasoning.

· Comment on how you structured your training, particularly in reference to the 2 groups who needed training.

· Which learning outcome(s) were prioritized, and why?

Expect to take 1-2 pages for your training plan/schedule and an additional 1-2 pages for your narrative report for a total of about 3-4 pages.
