GROUP ASSIGNMENT!
STEP ONE: As a group- we all need to pick two companies that involve a vision and mission statement. Each member needs to do research and come up with one company. Then send that company into the group by Monday. One company needs to profess to practice servant leadership and the other needs to practice a standard leadership model.
TWO OF YOU NEED TO DO THE FIRST ONE AND TWO OF YOU NEED TO DO THE SECOND ONE. That way we have people researching both. I will also be researching both. Then after everyone sends the companies collectively as a group, we will decide which two companies we are doing-
this needs to be done by Tuesday.
STEP TWO: Once we have selected our two companies, we then can begin with the final step to complete this assignment which is to write 1,500-1,750-word analysis addressing the following:
1. Both the vision and mission statements for both companies. JAQLYN FERGUSON

3. A discussion of how the vision and mission statements affect the culture of each organization. ANN WEST
4. A description of the servant leadership principles or values that are explicitly or implicitly apparent in the vision and mission statements of the organization that professes to be servant-led.

These were simply based off the participation and responses that have been done in our class group discussions.
This needs to be done by Friday evening- that way we have enough time to turn in if people don’t do their portions.
