Students, here is where you will begin gathering information for your Six Domains Project: Domains 3 and 4. Once you have answered the questions for each domain in narrative format, you will create a PowerPoint presentation as a culminating activity for Domains 1 -6. 

Domain 3 and 4:

You will take what you have learned from reading chapters 3-4, the in-class discussions, PowerPoints, the videos, etc., and create your plan for leading a school using Domain 3: Continuous Development of Teachers and Staff and 4: Community of Care and Collaboration.

Please respond to the questions below using the third-person format to guide you in developing a plan. Your response should be between one (1) and two (2) pages in length, not including the cover and reference page.

  1. How would an administrator foster a culture of continuous improvement for teachers and staff? (Domain 3)
  2. How would an administrator build a culture of care and collaboration that would impact student success? (Domain 4)

You should include the following:

  • A cover page,
  • Write out the question,
  • Then, respond by answering the questions above in the third person format.
  • Include in-text citations
  • And a reference page.

You are not simply restating the domains and elements. You are using information from the textbook to answer the questions above.
