Additionally, in 500-750 words, address the following questions in your finalized Personal Model of Leadership.

1. How could your personal values and personal model of servant leadership influence individual and group behavior?

2. How could your personal values and personal model of servant leadership positively influence organizations and society?

3. How does servant leadership principles, in accordance with the Christian worldview, interact with essential management practices and how does servant leadership influence individual, group, and organizational behavior?

4. How does your personal model of leadership meet the needs of followers and promote follower growth?

Combine Part 1 and Part 2 to create one finalized paper of 1,500-2,250 words that represents your personal model of leadership.

Overall, you did a good job on this assignment. Below are some observations I made about the assignment… 

The summary of your personal values was stated well, but I did add in a few of my suggestions. Do not forget to state the importance of your values to your leadership. Why did you choose these values? Why are they important to you? How will these help you to become a better leader? (These are just a few questions to ask yourself, as you put together your benchmark assignment, and continue to build your personal model.) You did a good job of referring to some of these questions. I would have liked more insight into you and how these directly relate to your personality and how you will lead others (dig deeper). Try to also expand on your leadership style and how these values will make you a better leader or make your model more effective.

You did a fair job of focusing on a few specific behaviors that will exhibit your values, instead of general behavioral norms that we may see, but I would like this elaborated on more. How will you exhibit these values to others? What specific leadership actions will show that these values are important to you? (These are just a few questions to consider in your revisions.) Try to get more specific and personal to your own leadership behaviors. Identifying specific behaviors will help you to stay accountable for your leadership growth. Specific behaviors will also make it easier to link your ideas to the next section. 

The main objective of this assignment (and the final) is to create a model of leadership that you can take into the “real world” and use as you come into leadership roles. This should be a tool to hold yourself accountable for your values and behaviors as you evolve in your leadership skills. As you make your revisions for the final, think of this assignment as a blueprint for the leader you want to be, and a tool to help keep you accountable in your future leadership roles.
