Suppose the Saudi Electronic University (SEU) has decided to replace the Banner
system with an in-house system. You have been assigned the role of project manager
to develop the new system. Considering the development factors, such as size and
complexity of the system, number of users, and the development expertise etc. what
development methodology (Agile, Waterfall SDLC, Rapid Application Development,
Prototyping, …) is appropriate for developing the proposed system?
