Your team will write a paper collaboratively. The paper must be typed and including the following items:

  1. Project title
  2. List of team members
  3. Introduction: You will discuss why the topic is interesting to you and why it is important to study. Then you need to explain your question of interest pertaining to a difference in two means. Clearly discuss a quantitative variable in your question and two categorical groups that you choose to compare.
  4. Description of your data collection: You will discuss the design of your study and your data collection. You may include your plan for data collection in Project Part 1 and give thorough description about your data collection.
  5. Analysis of the data: In this section, you will present the hypotheses for the test that you translated from your question of interest. Make sure to present the hypotheses in words and using appropriate notations. You need to clearly define your intended population and sample. Then you will present your analysis from the hypotheses using StatKey including screenshots from StatKey.
  6. Conclusion: Make the decision about the hypotheses and interpret the decision in the context of your question.
  7. Reflection/Future Research: This is the section where you explain the trials and errors of your research. Discuss what went well and what you would do differently next time. Discuss any other variables that you might use to compare two groups. Also, discuss what future research you would do if you had more time.
