EcoCare Essentials will be wholly owned by me, and I will hold myself
personally liable for all business decisions and activities. The legal structure is simple and
easy to operate, and one has direct control over the strategic direction of the company.
Additionally, the tax process is simplified because the business income is reported on the
personal income tax return.
Investment Capital:
The basic capital she would need to start the EcoCare Essentials would be SAR
300,000. This would be partly in the form of savings and partly as a small business loan.
The amount raised would be for product development and inventory procurement,
marketing, and all the operational costs mainly at the start.

A. Scope and Type of Business
EcoCare Essentials sells online, selling reusable household items such as its bamboo
toothbrushes, its stainless-steel water bottles, and biodegradable kitchen wipes, for
example. Without a doubt, there is an ecologically aware sub-group of Saudi Arabian
consumers who are seeking to minimize their ecological footprint through the
replacement of single-use products with their eco-friendly counterparts.
Business Idea:
EcoCare Essentials is working towards utilizing green products to fill the rising demand
of Saudi Arabia. We offer practical, reasonable, sustainable, reusable, and recyclable
domestic essentials. Since we seek to reduce waste from plastic and sustainability, we are
different from most others. Every step from conceptualizing the product to the delivery is
done with an environment-friendly mindset.
Mission Statement:
“To deliver quality household essentials that enable customers to have a ‘greener’, cleaner
future through choice.”
Company Goals:
Short Term: Development of our e-commerce portal within six months. Building
partnerships with green suppliers. Growth of social media presence

The target customers for our company will be those eco-conscious individuals between
25 and 45 years old residing in cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam who care

We believe sustainability should be accessible to all, providing practical, affordable
products that help reduce environmental impact.
1. Industry Description
This market of eco-friendly products started growing with a CAGR of 7.2% globally in
2023 and has been supported by Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. It, therefore, represents an
excellent opportunity for early movers.
2. Company strengths and core competencies
Provide affordable and eco-friendly products. Four years of data analysis and business
development experience allow me to optimize inventory and price for a seamless online
experience.
3. Risk Assessment: SWOT Analysis
Strengths: Dedicated to sustainability and quality at affordably good prices.
Weaknesses: Thin capital, and the market is new, implying that the consumers need to be
educated.
Opportunities: Increasing demand for green products due to Vision 2030.
Threats: International brands competitors and consumer expenditure due to economic
fluctuations.
4. Competition
EcoCare Essentials will be a brand that competes with brands such as The Honest
Company but offers lower-cost, tailored products to the Saudi market. The focus on
sustainability and data-driven pricing helps ensure profitability and competitiveness.
