  • Describe the “Define” component of the ASCA National Model including the development and significance of school counseling program mission statements and objectives.
  • Describe the “Manage” component of the ASCA National Model including advocacy processes needed to address institutional and social barriers that impede access, equity, and success for clients.
  • Describe the “Deliver” component of the ASCA National Model including strategies for identifying and eliminating barriers, prejudices, and processes of intentional and unintentional oppression and discrimination.
  • Describe the “Assess” component of the ASCA National Model including the ways in which the school counseling program supports advocacy for access, equity and success for all students.
