Title Page
• Follow APA 7th edition format: Title in bold, centered, followed by student’s name, institutional affiliation, course number and name, instructor’s name, and due date
• Use standard font (e.g., Times New Roman 12pt, Calibri 11pt, Arial 11pt).
 
Abstract (150–250 words) 
• A concise summary of the research project, including the purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusions. 
• Should be on a separate page and formatted according to APA 7th guidelines.
 
Introduction (1–2 pages) 
• Introduce the research topic and its relevance.
• State the problem or research question being investigated.
• Provide background information and a brief literature review.
• Clearly state the purpose and significance of the research.
 
Literature Review (3–5 pages)
• Summarize and critically analyze previous research on the topic.
• Identify gaps in the existing literature that the project aims to address.
• Ensure all sources are cited correctly in APA 7th edition format, with in-text citations and reference entries.
 
 
Methodology (2–3 pages)
• Describe the research design, approach (qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods), and data collection methods.
• Explain how participants were be selected and provide details on instruments used for data collection. DO NOT INTERVIEW OR SURVEY ANY PARTICIPANTS AT THIS POINT
• Discuss how ethical considerations will be addressed.
 
 
Reflection on Research Project Plan (first person is permitted ONLY in this section)   (2-3 pages)
• Based on the research project plan articulated, reflect on the planning of the project, what will you adjust prior to capstone?
• Describe the limitations of the proposed research study and how they may be minimized.
• How did you change, adjust, and improve your research project since week 1 brainstorming?

Conclusion (1 page) 
• Summarize the key points of the research project
• Restate the significance of the research
• Offer concluding thoughts on the topic.
 
Reference List  
• Include a reference page formatted according to APA 7th edition.
• Ensure all sources cited in the text are included in the reference list, and vice versa.
 
Appendices (if applicable)
• Include any additional materials such as PROPOSED surveys, interview questions
• Each appendix should be labeled (e.g., Appendix A) and referenced in the text.

General Requirements 
• Word Count: 3,500–5,000 words (excluding title page, abstract, references, and appendices).
• Font and Spacing: Use 12pt Times New Roman (or equivalent), double-spaced text, and 1-inch margins.
• In-text Citations: Ensure proper use of in-text citations according to APA 7th edition rules.
• Must include a minimum of five scholarly articles and resources.
• Headings: Use APA 7th edition heading levels appropriately.
• Plagiarism: Submit original work with no more than 10% similarity on plagiarism detection tools.
