APA: What is it?
APA style is a style of formatting and organizing written material. The guidelines help writers organize their writings in a “clear, precise, and inclusive manner” (APA Style Blog, n.d., para. 1).

Helpful Tips and Tricks for Paraphrasing

If writing isn’t your forte, think in mathematical terms:

The rules and guidelines of APA Style assist writers with organizing their writing in a way that improves the readability of the content (APA Style Blog, n.d.).

Use same font as the essay with double spacing (no bullets or numbering)

Alphabetize entries (A-Z) by the last name of the first author of each source
