Learning Paper: Concepts and Knowledge Assignment Instructions
Overview
You will write a 5 – 6 page paper in current APA format that builds off of the
Discussion Thread: Strategies for Learning Assignment in Module Three.
Instructions
The paper must address the following:
· Introduction: Briefly discuss again what learning is, what effective learning strategies you have used in the past, and hardships/failures in your learning journey.
· Provide specific concepts discussed in the course (textbook, videos, discussion boards) that can directly impact learning (both positively and negatively). Be sure to provide personal and specific examples of how each concept directly impacts learning.
· Discuss specific concepts you believe would be beneficial to implement in your learning journey. Include at least five and be thorough in why these strategies would be beneficial in enhancing your ability to learn better.
· Create a learning plan for future courses (or life in general) that will better optimize your ability to learn and retain information. Describe three specific learning strategies or techniques you will implement, when you will implement them, and how you will implement them. Additionally, be sure to include as much detail as possible surrounding how you will go about implementing these strategies as well as the possible benefits that you foresee if implemented.
· Conclusion: Focus on Biblical integration. Put learning within the context of a Biblical worldview. What does the Bible have to say about learning? Why is it important to implement better strategies for learning as a Christian? How will implementing learning strategies enable you to better serve God and others? Include examples from the Bible to help support your writing. Feel free to expand on any one of the biblical integration inserts from the textbook.
The paper must also include a title page and reference page in current APA format. The title page and reference page are not included in the 5 – 6 page requirement.
