Introduction: Communication Change
If there was one interpersonal communication pattern you could change, what would it be? In this week’s assignment, you will personalize the process listed below:
· identifying a communication problem (What communication issue do you struggle with?)
· formulating a goal (How do you want to change that communication issue?)
· establishing a plan (What steps would you take to reach this goal?)
· using a test of measurability (What test would you put in place?)
The lesson illustrated this process for you, and now it is your turn. Do you need some ideas to get you started? You can select from the list below or choose one that is not on the list.
Instructions
Note: A paragraph is usually a minimum of four to six sentences.
A. Identify a Communication Problem
Clearly state in
one sentence your communication issue; one aspect in your own personal communication with which you struggle. See the sample list above if you need some ideas.
B. Formulate a Goal
In one well-written paragraph, describe your goal related to your communication issue stated in Part A. How would you like to see your communication issue or struggle to improve?
Within this paragraph, you need to reference something from the
textbook and cite it correctly using an APA in-text citation.
C. Establish a Plan
In two well-written paragraphs, detail the plan you would like to put in place in order to see your goal reached and your communication issue improved.
You will need to find an
outside source that will serve as a resource to help you put a plan in place. Please make sure you use an APA in-text citation when you incorporate the information from your outside source.
D. Test of Measurability
Complete the following sentence, then follow it up with a minimum of three bullet points.

E. Reflection
In one well-written paragraph, reflect on the application of the information you have developed for the Week 3 Assignment.
