Wk 2 – Course Capstone Project: Part 2 – Interview Questions
Assignment Instructions
As you continue working on the Course Capstone Project this week, you should develop interview questions and schedule your 3 interviews.
Your goal is to use data from the interviews to:
- Outline the roles and goals of the organization.
- Learn about communication methods used by the organization.
- Identify gaps in service.
- Brainstorm ideas to help close the gaps and improve service.
- Identify attributes of effective leadership skills in the organization.
Develop 3 sets of interview questions—1 set for each of the following people:
- Administrator
- Stakeholder
- Consumer
You should create a list of at least 15 open-ended questions for each interviewee (45 total questions), enough to sustain a robust and detailed interview. Some examples to get you started have been provided in the
Example Interview Questions document. Your weekly readings may also be a source of ideas for questions.
Follow applicable APA writing, citation, and formatting guidelines.
Submit your assignment.
