CASE STUDY: THE DEMISE OF BLOCKBUSTER ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONSOVERVIEWThis week there is a focus on the objective of a supply chain and achieving a strategic fit in asupply chain. The goal of a supply chain should be to increase the difference between the valuegenerated for customers and the total cost incurred across the supply chain. Supply chaindecisions have a large impact on the success or failure of each firm. Strategic fit requires that allfunctions within a firm and stages in the supply chain target the same goal, one that is consistentwith customer needs.INSTRUCTIONSEach question must be answered thoroughly, and the responses must be supported by theconcepts introduced in the reading/study materials. Each question/answer must be delineatedunder a heading in current APA format. The overall format of the assignment should include anappropriate introduction (or abstract) and a conclusion. Provide well-supported ideas and relatethe course content to practical examples and applications. Include a title page and reference pagealso in current APA format. Incorporate a minimum of 5 peer-reviewed sources with at least 1source per question.
