  1. Dialogue #1: (5 Points) Your father is going to visit your grandmother at the nursing home. He realizes her medicine dosage is incorrect. He also notices your grandmother is not herself. She seems emotionally exhausted and a bit depressed. He is upset and demands to speak to the Physician or Medical Director in charge. In the meantime, he calls you and make you aware of the situation. You look over your grandmothers’ previous prescriptions and make him aware the dosage was increased. Activity: You perform an Internet search on living in a nursing home and depression to understand if there is any commonality? Write up your research and share it with your Father.

Your Mother asks you to help your grandmother research a new program. Activity: Perform an internet search on how to develop a new program for your grandmother to present a strategic plan to the administrator and medical director of the nursing home and present your findings to the class.
