Computer Science Question

Description

Imagine you are designing a mobile application for a healthcare provider to help elderly patients schedule and manage their medication. The goal is to ensure the app is easy to use, accessible, and tailored to their needs.

Using the principles of user-centered design, explain how you would ensure the app meets the needs of elderly users. Consider aspects such as usability, accessibility, and user involvement in the design process.

You are part of a team developing a new online shopping website. However, after launching a beta version, several users report that they are finding it difficult to navigate, and the experience is frustrating.

Analyze the potential usability issues that might be affecting the user experience on the website and suggest how these can be resolved using the principles of good interaction design.

Go to an online mapping system for example: Google maps, and describe how the interface has been designed to enable the users to get the directions of the location for selected destination. How they use “Directions” followed by the “start” metaphor. Does this make it straightforward for the users and intuitive to start driving/walking following the directions?

Describe in details how memory can be enhanced through technology aids with an example of how the online systems ( for example:  Banking, hospitals , and airlines systems) provide a secure system while reducing the load of the memory of the people?
