You are part of a team developing a new online shopping website. However, after launching a beta version, several users report that they are finding it difficult to navigate, and the experience is frustrating.
Analyze the potential usability issues that might be affecting the user experience on the website and suggest how these can be resolved using the principles of good interaction design.
Go to an online mapping system for example: Google maps, and describe how the interface has been designed to enable the users to get the directions of the location for selected destination.
