Scenario
Your team consists of individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and perspectives. Because of that, your team encounters various types of conflict. The team is working on a high-stakes project with tight deadlines and high expectations. As the project progresses, you observe various conflicts emerging among team members. Explore the underlying factors contributing to the conflicts.
Instructions
Choose one of the listed Conflict Scenarios below to assess and resolve. Your task is to explore the underlying factors contributing to the conflict and categorize them while defining the type of conflict demonstrated. You must also analyze and address these conflicts to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
Develop a detailed 5-7-step conflict resolution strategy for one of the conflict scenarios below. This should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document. It should be formatted as a bulleted or numbered list or table and include the following:

Bill argues for Python, emphasizing its readability and extensive libraries, while Mike advocates for Java, citing its robustness and widespread use in similar projects.
Scenario 2: Consider a marketing team tasked with promoting a new product. Two team members, James and Jordan, have conflicting views on the marketing approach. James emphasizes the product’s affordability to make it accessible to a broader audience. At the same time, Jordan is passionate about highlighting the product’s premium features to position it as a high-end luxury item.
Scenario 3: Imagine a project team where two team members, Wylie and Cristobal, have been experiencing incompatibility in their friendship. Their disagreements have escalated, leading to a lack of collaboration and communication. The conflict seems rooted in personal differences, making it challenging for them to work together effectively.
Scenario 4: Consider a scenario where two team members, Elliot and Kipton, have conflicting personalities. Elliot is extroverted, assertive, and prefers quick decision-making, while Kipton is introverted, reflective, and values thorough analysis. Their differing personality styles have led to misunderstandings and communication challenges.
Scenario 5: Imagine a project team where members are working on a complex deliverable that requires significant collaboration. Two team members, Jamie and Riley, have conflicting schedules and dependencies on each other’s work. Jamie prefers working late hours, while Riley values an early start. This difference in work schedules is impacting their ability to meet project deadlines
