Wk 3 Summative Assessment: Epidemiological Practices Course Capstone Project Continued – Risk Factors and Determinants of Disease Paper
Assignment Instructions
For this assignment, you will continue building on the Course Capstone Preparation Draft developed in Week 1.
First, identify risk factors and/or determinants of disease that may influence a health disparity in the population from your selected public health issue in the Week 1 Capstone Project.
Next, research ways in which the identified factors may influence a health disparity on your public health issue or topic.
Then, use your research (new and previous) to write a paper in about 700 words in which you:
Include, within your paper, at least 3 graphical representations of data from outside sources on the issue. Briefly interpret the data depicted in the graphs.
Include and cite references to support your statements. At least two references are required (one must be scholarly)
