At this stage in your Ed.D. journey, you have completed multiple courses that have expanded your understanding of leadership, research, organizational improvement, and educational practice. This assignment provides an opportunity to revisit and refine your teaching and leadership philosophy by reflecting on how your coursework, research, and professional experiences have shaped your growth.
Your reflection should be grounded in theory, research, and real-world application, demonstrating how your understanding of leadership, ethical practice, technology, research methods, data literacy, social justice, and equity has evolved. Additionally, this assignment encourages you to identify areas for continued growth as you move into the final phase of your program.

Assignment Instructions:

Write a 10- to 12-page, double-spaced scholarly paper that:

1. Reassesses your initial teaching and leadership philosophy from the beginning of your doctoral program.

2. Reflects on your learning and development across the Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs), integrating insights from your coursework, research, and professional experiences.

3. Connects theory to practice, demonstrating how your studies have informed your leadership and decision-making in educational or organizational settings.

4.  Identifies areas for continued professional growth as you approach the final phase of your doctoral journey.

5. Demonstrates doctoral-level writing, critical thinking, and scholarly synthesis using appropriate research and citations.
