In order to effectively pilot and then spread such a program, it takes robust projectmanagement. Following is a list of tasks that need to be completed as part of this initiative. Using the PI process life cycle, categorize each of the tasks listed into one of the five steps. 2. Develop a Gantt chart that lists the five steps and the corresponding tasks that would be appropriate in that step. Remember to think about activities that are dependent on one another or that may overlap in your line.
