Digital Transformation and Organizational Change
Based upon your memos, dashboard, risks and mitigation strategies, and plan to address customer concerns. Your supervisor approved the people part of the transformation initiative. To move forward with the transformation initiative. In many respects, your company leaders are demonstrating being successful digital leaders. However, the Executive Director of Operations express concern about sustaining the changes that have been implemented, both internal and external conflicting an ever increasing forces seem to be pushing and pulling on your company. Now you must consider how this change impacts the company and what the future of the company may look like.
Instructions
This week’s focus has been on organizational change. You may use the organization from week 3 or choose another; create a narrated PowerPoint presentation that provides leaders with tools and techniques to develop sustainability during a digital transformation. Refer to the three (3) concepts mentioned in the video,
Efficient Leadership in the Digital Era (Week 6 Reading and Supplemental Materials) and address the following.
1. Explain how these concepts will help mid-level managers achieve sustainability during the AI digital transformation. Tailor your recommendations to the company you selected in Week 3.
2. Include a maximum of 5 slides (excluding the title and references slides) and speaker notes for each slide.
3. A minimum of three (3) references are required, and in-text citations should be included in the speaker notes section.
