Week 1 Discussion Post
Today’s consumers of media want quick, informative, and exciting information. It can be written in 1st or 3rd person. The focus of your work will be communications ethics (which includes media, advertising, and marketing). Research a controversial scenario/event that happened in the last 2 years and create a 150- to 200-word article that discusses the real-world incident.
This post should be 2 paragraphs (150-200 words). Since you are engaging in research, be sure to
cite
in the body of the post and
add a reference list in APA format
. NOTE: Failure to use research with
accompanying in-text citations
to support content will result in reduced scoring “Level 2-Developing” on the grading rubric.
