Assignment Overview 

This module will introduce you to three change management models that are commonly used to understand organizational behavior:

· Kurt Lewin Change Management Model (Burnes, 2004)

· Kotter 8-Step Change Model (Appelnaum, Habashy, Malo, and Shafiq, 2012)

· McKinsey’s 7-S Framework (Singh, 2013)

Assignment Expectations 

Using the module readings, choose one of the change theories.  

Apply the framework to a change that you have been involved with in your organization. You will need some background information to exchange the situation related to change. 

Summarize the components of the change module that you selected.

Analyze how the change from your organization fits with the model that you selected.

Reflect on the change that was made and how this model may or may not have helped those in charge of the change.

Your paper should be 3-5 pages, not including the cover page and the reference page.
