Domains 5 and 6:
You will take what you have learned from reading chapters 5-6, the in-class discussions, PowerPoints, the videos, etc., and create your plan for leading a school using Domain 5: Core Values and Domain 6: Resource Management. Once you have answered the questions for each domain in narrative format, you will create a PowerPoint presentation as a culminating activity for Domains 1 -6. This assignment will be due in week 9.
Please respond to the questions below using the third-person format to guide you in developing a plan. Your response should be between one (1) and two (2) pages long, not including the cover and reference page.
- What can administrators do to effectively communicate their core values and create a climate that clearly states what they value?
- How would an administrator ensure that they manage resources in a way that focuses on effective instruction and the achievement of all students?
