1. In this culminating activity, you will take the information you gathered in Parts A and B in the Leadership for School Improvement Project. You will now create a PowerPoint presentation to explain to others the steps one would go through to analyze data and develop an action plan to improve student achievement and improve student performance in your school building/district.
2. If you know the steps to analyze data and then write an action plan, you can use the steps and format to analyze test scores for student and school improvement. You are not providing your data or action plan, but the steps one would go through to analyze data and write an action plan. Do not use personal data or your school’s name, nor use words such as I, my, or ours. Write this from a third-person point of view.
- Remember, the purpose of a PowerPoint is to use it in a group presentation to share the steps, ideas, and plans one would go through to use data to improve student achievement. Remember that when choosing font size and layout. If you have trouble reading a 10-point font on your computer screen, will an audience be able to read it from a table 10 feet away?
